Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the design work will be transferred to the client.
5. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals necessary for project completion.
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and incur additional charges.
6. Third-Party Services:
Admarkon Marketing Online Pvt. Ltd may engage third-party services or tools to facilitate project delivery.
Any third-party fees incurred will be communicated to the client and included in the project cost.
7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Admarkon Marketing Online Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
9. Termination:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice in case of material breach or default by the other party.
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Palakkad , Kerala , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
